Property Watch
Customers who need to know when a new charge or change of ownership has occurred on a property on their records can order regular Property Watch reports from Land Registry. We provide monthly or quarterly electronic spreadsheet updates including details such as date of transfer, price paid and the names of the vendor and purchaser.

Property Watch appeals to infrastructure companies who require ownership updates in order to carry out compulsory purchases, home information pack providers who need to know when a property is sold so they can claim the full fee and data asset managers who want to cleanse their property portfolios and monitor activity.

It is also aimed at estate agents who wish to monitor properties where their instructions have been withdrawn so they are not at the mercy of homeowners improperly selling privately to buyers introduced to them by the agent. Property Watch allows firms to identify sales where they believe they can rightly claim a fee.

As one satisfied customer put it: "We have recovered commission that would otherwise have been lost. I would happily recommend Property Watch for monitoring withdrawn properties as the information is an invaluable tool that enables me to know what happens next with these lost sales and decide if further steps need to be taken."
