Land Registry gives notice under clause 25.3 of the Network Access Agreement that Network Services will be suspended for the purpose of re-programming and upgrading the service over the weekend:

from 17:30 on Friday 24 April until 07:00 on Monday 27 April.

This means that it will not be possible to prepare and lodge any electronic documents over this period.

A notice will also be issued under Rule 14 and Schedule 2 of the Land Registration Rules 2003 confirming that Lender services will be closed over the same period. This means that it will not be possible to prepare and lodge an eDS1 during that weekend.

We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience that may be caused. Other Land Registry electronic services (Information services and Land Charges services, Land Registry Direct and Find a Property) will not be affected.
